Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a field service and operations specialist to join our Israeli commercial team. If you are passionate about customer partnership and service, enjoy working in a dynamic and creative environment, with superb technical, communication and execution skills than we need to talk!

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all service activities at customer site – Installation, network connectivity, training activities, testing, diagnostic and repairs.
  • Providing best-in-class technical support service and guidance (remote and on-site) in problem resolution for critical/ complex issues, to MeMed's Israeli customers.
  • Define and manage inventory requirements per site.
  • Tracking & Analyzing failures, perform technical investigations and applying conclusions.
  • Voice-of-Customer of the Israeli laboratories market.
  • Interface between the field and production, R&D & QA to implement product improvements.
  • Member of the Israeli commercial team: support commercial activities when needed.

Requirements:

  • Technical service orientation with at least 2 years of experience in customer. service role for complex technological products.
  • High technical skills in SW & HW.
  • Background in IT networks.
  • Experience working in laboratories/ IVD / Biomedical Engineering.
  • Technical Trainings capabilities.
  • Technical documentation capabilities. Analysis capabilities – Inventory, business, service, quality.
  • High serviceability and in person communication.
  • Ability to travel and work in unusual hours.
